Law permeates all social activity. It defines relationships, protects rights, imposes obligations and gives structure to governmental and commercial enterprise.
A Law degree (LLB) provides an excellent grounding in such skills as analysing, problem-solving, decision-making, negotiation, researching and forming legal and other arguments. Law graduates have expertise in the precise use of oral and written language, skills which are in demand in a wide variety of occupations. They also understand the limits of the Law and its relationship with other social forces.
This subject comprises the Bachelor of Laws (LLB).
