Genetics

Genetics

Genetics is our past and our future. Genetics is what makes you who you are. It's understanding your inheritance and how that determines your unique make-up.

Modern society depends on genetics. It's important in health and disease, food and nutrition, plant and animal breeding, as well as in conservation, forensics, history and sociology.

This major is available for the Bachelor of Science (BSc).
